Coffee Pro is failing every time I try SiteOrigin PageBuilder

First let me say, I love the SiteOrigin Pagebuilder Plugin, but on one of my websites, every time I activate the plugin the Error Message appears and Debugging occurs (shuts down the website) and I have to go to the FTP WP file/plugins and rename the site-origin plugin name to get the website back online. I am not sure if there is a remedy to solve this problem, with this particular theme so that I can continue using the SiteOrigin/PageBuilder plugin. stroudsbarbeque.com is a large website and I would purchase the “Premium” version if I knew that would resolve the issue. Any advise, would be appreciated. Kindest Regard’s Tim

    Thanks for reaching out and for your support, it’s most appreciated.

    Are you perhaps able to enable debugging in your wp-config.php file? If so, that would be helpful. There will hopefully be a specific error message printed to the log file. Here is how: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/.
