    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Katerina

When plugins are installed, if they have an admin page they are assign themselves a position in the menu system. If that position is used already then the menu will not show up. It may be worth disabling any other non SiteOrigin plugins that you have and see if the menu appears.

Having said that, the plugin itself has not been updated since 2008 so there are no guarantees that it will work without conflict in the newer versions of wordpress.

Let us know how you get on. If it doesn’t work we may be able to offer recommendations on other plugins.

    Hi Katerina

Polylang if you’d like to use a free plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/

WPML if you’d like the backing of a premium plugin:

    http://wpml.org/

and then there is always google

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-language-translator/

Let us know how you get on

Katerina, you can also use the WP translation plugin from the localization platform https://poeditor.com/
It is a paid solution, but free up to 1000 strings, which is usually enough to translate the strings of a WordPress theme.
You can find the POEditor plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/poeditor/
