Code Lights interactive images enlarge badly when viewing in mobile modes

Hi again

Im using the CodeLights plugin widget with Aphelia and Aidos image interactive banner options https://codelights.com/elements/ib/
Problem when viewing my homepage www.charityknowhow.co.uk on mobile platforms (esp in vertical format), the images (I have one row of 4 plus one other interactive image) enlarge hugely (there is no way of fixing the image size under their configuration options) and any text included within these images is not “responsively” sized either :(((

Any ideas?

Code lights say its down to the Site Origin theme causing the issues, not their plugin.

    I’ve not received any response from the SiteOrigin team, including other recent posts :( but is there anyone else out there able to help with this query?

    Hi David,

    Unfortunately, we’re not familiar enough with this plugin to assist with these sort of issues. I would recommend contacting the developers of the plugin for support. Sorry mate. :(
