click on slider

Hi,
i use the siteorigin slider. if i don´t touch it, it works fine. but if i click on the arrow left or right, or on the dots, that indicate the different pictures, in order to move manually to another picture of the slide (as a visitor of the page), then the slider stops working at all. The slider doesnt move any more.
it happens in chrome and in safari.

what can i do?
Thanks
Peter

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Peter

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Do you have perhaps have Meta Slider > Advanced > Hover Pause enabled? I didn’t see a slider at the link provided. Could you perhaps confirm that the slider is located there.

    Hi Andrew,

    thanks for ur answer.

    im not using the metaslider. i use the site origin page builder with the widget for SiteOrigin slider.

    the yellow textbox is the slider: wait some seconds and the text you see will change.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Apologies. I do know about this bug. We’re hoping to push an update for the Widgets Bundle very soon to fix. Apologies for the hassle. Please try the following at Appearance > Custom CSS to hotfix:

    /* SO Slider Hotfix */

    .sow-slider-images .cycle-slide-active {
        visibility: visible !important;
    }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Hi,

    now, after implementation of the hack i can just move once to the next picture of the slide. and then the slide stops working :-(

    if i dont touch the slider, it works like usual.

    seems i have to wait for the update.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Greg and I have been looking at the problem and we’re unable to re-create. If possible, please could you do a plugin conflict test for us. To do that you’d temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test the slider. If the problem resolves you’d then re-activate your plugins one by one, re-testing the problem after each activation.

    Thanks

    Hi,
    thanks for the hint!
    It was the plugin "wp anything slider".
    now it works.
    Thanks a lot
