Circle Counter Not Showing Up

Hi,

I am using the Sydney theme with SiteOrgins Page Builder and have not had many issues until today (the problems I did have I managed to fix easily). I just recently installed the SiteOrgins Widget Bundle with widgets such as the Inked Circle Counter, Inked Buttons, etc. I added the circle counter widget to one of my pages and had it looking great. However, when I saved the changes and went to view the page the only thing that showed up was the titles to the circles. I also tried using the bar counter and the same problems occurred. The bars were showing up but there was no animations to portray the percentages. I went to other threads to see what helped others solve their issues and tried deleting the browser cache and unchecking content cache under the Page Builder settings. I also tried to deactivate any plugins that weren’t related to SiteOrgins but that hasn’t worked for me either.

Is there any other recommendations that can help resolve this issue?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bee027,

Can you try following our general WordPress plugin troubleshooting guide? From the sounds of things, this might fix your issue. Here’s a video on the process:

The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.

Next, you can try running a plugin conflict text. You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
