Child Page Content Not Showing Under Parent Page

I’m thinking of subscribing to your paid service, but before that could you please resolve this issue for me (can’t find answer in your forum).

I’ve created multiple child pages under a parent page. Names of pages (privacy policy and disclaimer) are showing when I hover the cursor over the parent page (contact), but when I click into the individual child page, it’s still displaying content of the parent page i.e. the contact form. FYI I’ve already allocated the privacy policy page and the disclaimer page under the parent page “Contact” as 1 & 2.

My website is http://project-multiply.com/.

I’ve been stuck at this stage forever, please help!

Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Elaine

Is there a custom menu at AppearanceMenus that is assigned to the theme’s primary menu location? If not, go to AppearanceMenus, create a new menu, add your pages and then assign that menu to theme’s primary menu location. That should let you take control over exactly which pages or custom links are in the menu. I’m not quite sure why this is happening but you should be able to take control from the menus page. A fall back might be to just add Custom Links to the menu if pages added to the menu are causing this issue.

    Does that help?
