In using other page builders they have a checklist widget that makes the layout very simple. Does Page Builder have this feature? I see SiteOrigin Features but that is a bit different.

We might have what you’re looking for, just under a different name. Could you please provide a reference of a plugin that has this feature so I can make a recommendation that’s closer to what you’re looking for?
Two off the top of my head are WR Pagebuilder and Fusion Core. They both have the accordion, tabs, checklist, FAQ, etc., features.
