checkboxes misaligning on Vantage registration form

Hello,

I’m having trouble with the form plugin I’m using in Vantage…

The checkboxes are appearing on a line above the text, instead of in the default position (on the left-hand side of the text).

Here is the url and the password to access the page (in development):

    CORRECTION: I am using Virtue theme with PAGEBUILDER!

    Okay, one more correction:

    Using Virtue theme with Pagebuilder, AND
    password to the page above = compassion

    Update– The folks at Kadence themes helped me with some CSS that addresses the problem in Virtue.
