Changing the font size for the side slider menu in Influence

Hi there,
I’m trying to work out how to edit the font size of the headings within the side menu. I found the following bit of code, which I added via a custom css widget; it changed the word Menu, but not the contents of said menu:
.main-navigation {
font-size: 18px;
}
If you could give me a corresponding piece of code to allow me to edit the contents as well, I’d really appreciate it.
