Installer Changing Social Media Icons
Is there a way I can change the social media icons in Vantage premium? I have a set I’d like to use and after checking a couple other posts, I still have no idea exactly what to change, where to upload my new ones to, etc.

It’s something we have on our to-do list but unfortunately not possible at this stage within the Vantage Social widget.
Sorry I don’t have better news. I don’t have a third-party plugin to recommend but it might be worth looking for one in this instance.
What about outside of the widget? I’m having a hard time finding the files to simply replace them.

The Vantage Social widget uses the Font Awesome library bundled with Vantage. For customisability in this area it would be best to use a third-party plugin.

Still no movement on this Andrew? I’d love to be able to change those coloured icons to plain black or dark grey backgrounds.

This is now possible using the Social Links widget which is part of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

After installing the plugin, just go to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets in your WordPress admin and activate the social links widget.
