Changing position of Vantage masthead headline

I am very new to WordPress but have found your Vantage theme brilliant and easy to work with and am in the process of developing a site www.newcottageoxford.co.uk. I seem to be able to do most things I want to but am having a problem with the position of the Masthead heading. It always positions itself in the vertical centre of the masthead image, ie with equal space above and below. Because of the design of the image, I really want the heading in the top half of the image, over the white sky, not encroaching on the image of the building. Is it possible to change this position setting, and do I have to go into the custom CSS to do this? (do hope not!)
Thank you in advance

Apologies to anyone looking at my site and wondering what I mean, the client has changed their mind and no longer wants the image so my question is now redundant!
