Changing Links on Social Media icon on mastheads for different pages

Hello I need to change the twitter links on my header for different pages.
For Example on home page twitter icon needs to be https://twitter.com/NecessaryChats
but on the fiction page it needs to be https://twitter.com/jkatsivo

    This could be done using a plugin called Jetpack, check out the Widget Visibility module within Jetpack. You could also use WooSidebars for this.
