Changing colors

My sidebar where I should change colors does not look the same as in your example.
For example when I want to change the Second Level Background of the Menu there is no possibility to change the colors. They are also not clickable.
In the left hand corner I see a small dot where I can change a color but can’t see which color I can change.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bellabaci

Sorry to hear about the hassle. If you have Vantage Premium installed and activated there should be an item labelled Theme Design with the Appearance > Customize menu. If it’s not there, please, go to Appearance > Themes and check that your Vantage screenshot says “Vantage Premium”. If it doesn’t, go to Appearance > Vantage Premium and click Already Paid? top right and enter your order number to upgrade: Private Snippet.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello Andrew,

All what you say is done and installed correct I presume.

    See the print screen.

On the left side the menu is not clickable ( f.a. Background) and you see the color change in the right hand corner.

I use a Mac and Safari but on a Window PC and Chrome it has the same result.

Hope this helps to get an idea about my problem.

    Kind Regards,

    Cees

    Hi, I Work Here

We’re unfortunately not able to process attachments via email on the forum at the moment. Apologies for the hassle.

If Appearance > Customize isn’t behaving normally, for example, items aren’t clickable, then there is a good chance you have a core WordPress issue. To try resolve:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
    2. If you ran updates then re-check the problem.
    3. If the problem persists try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once and re-test.
