Changes made on a page are not saving

Hello, the pages on my site are created with SiteOrigin Page Builder.
I haven’t made any changes for a long time, but now I need to add new pages to the site. I’m doing it as before: creating a new page, selecting a layout, and based on a previously created one, I’m trying to edit the content by replacing it with new data.

When I try to save, I refresh every time, but the page remains unchanged from the layout. What should I do?
WordPress version: 6.9.1
SiteOrigin Page Builder version: 2.34.0
I disabled all plugins to see if another plugin was affecting it — it didn’t help.
I cleared the entire site cache — it didn’t help.

Please advise how I can restore the proper creation of new pages on the site, as everything used to work and create correctly before.

Hi, thanks for posting your question. If there has been any change in the observed behavior, please, let us know.

If the issue persists with a default theme activated (such as Twenty Nineteen) and all plugins temporarily deactivated except for the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and SiteOrigin Page Builder then perhaps take a few screenshots showing what’s happening in the admin, upload them to Dropbox or similar and post the links here. We’ll take a look and go from there.

    Cheers, Andrew
