Changes in the live editor aren’t working

I am trying to use the site builder to make text changes. Every time I change the text, click ok, and then try to update the page, it just goes back to theme default text.

All I am trying to do is edit the text and visual editor.

    If possible, please, take a few screenshots as you go through the process described in your question and upload them to imgur.com or any cloud location. Send us the link, we’ll take a look and advise from there.
