Changes in customizer not appearing in preview

Hi, I’m new to this so bear with me please. I am making changes in the customizer using the Vantage theme. These changes are appearing in the customizer preview, but not in the SiteOrigin Live Editor or via the Preview Changes button. I have cleared the cache and disabled unnecessary plugins. I contacted my host, who was also unable to get changes to take effect and was advised by the host that this was an issue with my Vantage theme. May I please have some assistance?

    Hi – I managed to figure out what was wrong. When in the customizer, I noticed that the page was saved as a draft. Once published, problem is resolved. The page was published when viewing the pages panel from the dashboard, so it appears I must make sure to publish in two places? (Customizer and pages panel). Thanks anyway!
