changes in customize wouldn`t save

hi,
i am using vantage premium.
recently I became aware that the changes i perform in customize menu are not applying to the page: i save them, but if I navigate to some other page and return, nothing remains.
I`ve tried different set-ups like font colour or headder padding, but none of them seems to work propperly.
Right now I don`t have the premium number with me, but if its neccesairy I can give it to you tomorrow

    Hi Alina

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    1. Check if you’re running a caching plugin. If you are, clear its cache. Re-test.
    2. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-test.
    3. Temporarily de-activate all plugins. Re-test.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Ok, the plugin de-activation worked well, so I just need to find out which plugin is the one causing the problem.

    Glad to hear you made progress here. Hopefully you can find a replacement plugin for the one causing the conflict.
