changes in customize wouldn`t save

hi, i am using vantage premium. recently I became aware that the changes i perform in customize menu are not applying to the page: i save them, but if I navigate to some other page and return, nothing remains. I`ve tried different set-ups like font colour or headder padding, but none of them seems to…
