Changed site to different server with duplicator – Special characters and some CSS disappeared.

Hello SiteOrigin Team,

sorry for the long title, we did not know how to put this clearly. I will try to explain:

we have built a site on our server (hostgator) for a client: www.sp.servicioswebmex.com

we finished it successfully and made a backup with duplicator so that the client could upload it to his server, everything went smoothly until the page was live and all the special characters changed to “?” symbols and some CSS disappeared.

Here’s the clients site with the issue: http://spacefood.com.mx/

We already made a new duplicator copy and tried uploading it again, but the same error appears.
Any idea how to fix this?
