Change to website not publishing

The website I manage in siteground has a siteorigin plug in. When I try to update the text and hit publish the change does not go into effect. I called siteground and they said the issue was with the site origin plug in and that needed to be resolved with site origin. I have also made sure all my plugins were up to date and cleared my cache. All I am trying to do is change the text over the photo on the homepage of the elderly couple sitting on a bench. See link attached for reference. When I hit “publish”, the change does not go into effect.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you editing the text layer in Smart Slider? You’ll find the Smart Slider menu item at the bottom of the WordPress menu on the left of the admin page.
