Change to Main Menu Color under Customize not applying

10 months ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 10 months ago

I want to change the Main Menu Color to something a little darker. So I went to Customize: Header & Navigation: Position & Style and changed the Main Menu Color. I clicked “Publish” and it just hung there. So I exited the page and tried again. The color I selected shows next to Main Menu Color, but has not changed in the menu itself, and the “Published” button is grayed out. Please advise on what to do next.

    Hi Helen

    Thanks for posting your question.

Do you perhaps have a public URL where we can look at what’s going on?

It’s helenglazer.com. I just tried again. The Publish button was available, I clicked it and it still hasn’t replaced the color with the darker one I chose, and the Publish button is grayed out again.

Thanks for the link. If you’re adjusting theme settings and they aren’t taking effect, ThemeTrust would be in the best position to lend a hand. Unfortunately, we don’t control the source code being used for your theme. https://themetrust.com/support/
