Change timestamp to updated

Hi,

I am trying to change the post date/time stamp from the created date/time to the updated date/time in order to meet the structured data requirements for google. However, I cannot find where this data is generated or how to change it.

Please can you help? I need every post to have an updated date/time stamp

    This would require some theme modification to achieve. As of the moment it’s not how WordPress operates. Please can you take a look a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/last-modified-timestamp/ and see if it meets your needs.
