    If you have a child theme activated you can copy search.php from the parent theme and insert it into the child theme. Then, you can edit the string on line 19: https://github.com/siteorigin/vantage/blob/develop/search.php#L19.

    Another way would be to use the plugin Loco Translate. Create a new translation for your native site lanugage, seems strange I know, and just translate that one string. Loco will offer up a few locations to store the translation file, don’t store it in the parent theme folder as that gets overwritten during updates.
