The output of the images using this widget look ok to my eye on a laptop but on a high res 4k monitor I’m told they look blurred.
It’s clear by looking at the image url embedded in the html that our site’s ‘medium’ image asset has been chosen. I’d like to alter that to make the plugin use the large…. how can I achieve that?
Hi, thanks for posting your question.
The SiteOrigin Blog Widget has a setting to change the featured image size. I’m not sure who the authors of the Posts widget are. Do you know?
Hi Andrew. I’ve found the plugin, it was indeed a custom made one by a previous dev of our site. I had assumed “Posts” with this generic sounding name was a standard built in one.
For sure! If the author didn’t add a descriptive name, it can be hard to know who the author is. For a custom widget, the author or another developer would need to lend a hand to change sizes. We can help within our Blog Widget, part of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Sorry I don’t have better news. Hopefully, you can find a way forward.
