change the color of my home page only, theme vantage and metaslider

Hello
I would like to go up the waterline by deleting the reservation line below the picture and reducing the size of the picture of the metaslider. It is what I have done. You can see the version before change on my site leshautsdesaulies.fr. When I do this, a gray background frame appears after the downsizing of the picture. (Here it is what I have done on the test site on which I work http://xavier-dev-saulies.pf4.wpserveur.net/) I would like to have the same beige color as the rest of the page, exempt on the header and footer. I do not know where to change that. I went into appearance / customize theme as well as edit the page as well as in the metaslider and I found nothing.Can you please help me. Thank you very much

Hi Xav,
This is happening as the meta slider, by default, has a background color applied to it. You can change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following CSS.
```
#main-slider {
	background: none;
}
```
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
