Change order of div boxes

When the media changes for tablets/mobile generally the divs change according to where they are.
eg:
DIVA | DIVB
Onscreen above becomes on mobile below:
DIVA
—–
DIVB

How can I change DIVB to show before DIVA? Bootstrapping offers push – pull due to grid layout, does vantage/pagebuilder do similar?

Also totally unrelated question, is there a list of vantage shortcodes? I have looked and cannot find.

    Mobile Layout

    The Page Builder grid engine unfortunately doesn’t offer any way to re-arrange the order of divs as they collapse. This is something that might come in the future. Sorry we don’t have more yet.

    Shortcodes

    Vantage doesn’t offer any shortcodes. Our focus is on our Page Builder and Widgets Bundle plugins. If you aren’t using the Widgets Bundle yet you can find out more here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/. Many more awesome widgets are on the way :)
