Change front page – unwind theme

I have installed the unwind theme and it set the “Shop” page as my front page. I would prefer the blog be set as my front page, how can I change this?

Hi Gary,
You can change the front page to display recent posts by navigating to WP AdminSettingsReading and changing Front Page Displays to Your Latest Posts.
