Centering and Scaling Logo on Mobile

I’ve just started building a website for my church, and need something that removes the above and below padding from the logo, while keeping it readable and properly centered on mobile.

Please note, I am currently using this to remove spacing that surrounds the logo.

.logo, #masthead, .hgroup {
	padding: 0 !important;
}

It looks quite nice on desktop.

However when viewing the page on mobile, the entire menu bar and logo get screwed up.
