Hi,

I have a page with a featured images and use livemesh grid to display the portfolio (which are on different pages) on the home page.
When I use smaller images (.png icons in this case) the alignment is left and I want it to be center. I tried a lot of suggestions (add code via custom css) but none working for me.
Also I cannot find any settings in either the page nor the livemesh grid widget.

I am using the north theme.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Niek,

You’ll need to use CSS to do this. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your setup? This will allow me to write the CSS to allow for this.

    Hi Alex,
thanks for the reply. This is the site: protecco.nl/Wordpress
under the decription ‘Wat doen wij…’ you will see 3 icons in different sizes ofwhich the one on the right (the smallest) needs centre alignment (Actually all do).

I tried to find the settings myself but unsuccessful. Could you describe the method you use to get this done? so I can find out myself a next time (hopefully ).

    Thanks,

    Hi Niek,

    Sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, you’re going to have to separate that widget into multiple widgets as with how it’s setup (the widget itself, not how you set it up) you’re not able to vertically align things. Once separated into separate widgets (ideally, three to a row), open the row, head over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. Set the Cell Vertical Alignment to Center. How does that look?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the reply,
Sounds fine and I have created a row as you explained (have a look on the site under the original row) but I do not find the “Cell Vertical Alignment “ under the row styles section. This is what I have done:
    – copied the row
    – created 3 columns
    – copied the Livemesh grid into each column
    – altered the query per livemesh grid to display the correct info.

In the newly created (as wel as the old) there is no “Cell Vertical Alignment “ to be found under the row styles section.

    Any ideas?

Another question, would there be another widget more suitable for displaying this information than the Livemesh grid? In the described way I am not really using the query function (since it only displays 1 page) of livemesh grid.

    Thanks in advance,
