Cell spacing on mobile

I have setup my dashboard and all is looking good but on mobile the cells are too close together, I have gone into each row and then each cell and added mobile padding 15px to the bottom but this is not changing anything?

Also on desktop it is showing a very faint border around the entire row, this is not needed but cannot find anything that would be causing this?
