Category Tinymce integration

I am trying to use a plugin called https://wordpress.org/plugins/categorytinymce/

The plugin author says you can place the code below in the category template file to get the second category description to display. I have tried splicing in the code in a couple of places but can’t get it to work with Vantage. Any thoughts here. This plugin is really great for Category Post SEO and I would really like to use it. Thanks
