Categories Showing Up in Header

I’ve searched through all the settings and can’t figure out how the categories are showing up in my header…
There is also another line of text showing up underneath my featured image and sidebar widget.
Please help.

    Had to change themes as my site is live and I couldn’t have it looking that way.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. If you’d like to resolve, please, briefly switch back and take a screenshot, then switch back to your current theme. Upload the screenshot to your Media Library, Dropbox or any public location and send us the link. I’m sure we’ll be able to figure out where the problem is after checking.
