caption under image gallery not showing

Please help!
I need to have the caption show up under the gallery. I am using Visual editor widget and have then inserted Media – Gallery. I have installed Jetpack & activated the tiled gallery. I have also tried inserting a gallery without using Visual composer but the option to choose ’tiled galleries’ definately’ isn’t there.

Wording appears under the images in the gallery when looking in Visual composer but nothing when I look at the page.

    Hi eliselangley

    Please de-activate RPS Gallery and work from there.

    Should do the trick.

    Thanks so much, it’s working now after de-activating RPS gallery.
