    Hi, I Work Here

    Sure, you can upload a screenshot to imgur.com or similar and send us the link.

    To begin troubleshooting, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue resolve?

    Andrew,

    I’ve put the screens shots on my google drive.

    1) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1fsIaVuZ3iQXEQW0sC8qmekl2zzOQ2eJr
    2) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1PRFwYvAX13yW38KbH1NSEJlylLQK40tY

    You can see the display bug. It’s on all my computers (mac 15″ and 27″). All Plugin are desactived.

    Best regards
    Vincent.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks, Google Drive or any cloud location is perfect.

    If you wanted to complete the plugin conflict test, the last step would be to temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, so all plugins deactivated (besides SiteOrigin plugins) and then, also, switch to Twenty Nineteen, that’ll complete the plugin/theme conflict test. Please, let me know how that goes.

    I’ve switched to French locally and I don’t see the same issue. When I edit Row > Design I have two background image settings before the border-color setting, I’m not quite sure why you’re missing those.

    Hello Andrew,

    it seems to be it’s the theme who bug, because on my other sites, it works well.

    Best regards.

    Vincent.

    Hi, I Work Here

    I’ve activated Ample and I can’t currently recreate the issue. Are you using Ample with no child theme and Page Builder version 2.10.14? Thanks.

  12. 4 years, 5 months ago Vincent.lb82

    Andrew,

    I use Ample Pro 2.2.0 (screenshot), WP 5.4 and SiteOrigine Version 2.10.14

    I don’t understand. The problem came since the WP update.

    regards.

    Hi, I Work Here

    If the issue is occurring with Ample Pro and Page Builder and no other plugins activated, please, upload a copy of Ample Pro zip file to Dropbox or WeTransfer and send us the link. We’ll mark the link as private as soon as you send us, it’ll only be visible to you and us, not to the public. Thanks.

    Andrew,

    If I desactivate all plugins, I’ve juste the hex value (see screen shot)
    If I only active SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle , all is all right (see screen shot)

    I’ll be go testing all plugins of my web site tomorrow one by one and I’ll come back to you.

    Andrew,

    I’m to curious, and I want to know…

    So I’ve desactived all plugins and re turned on one by one. I’ve find the plugin who cause problem. It's : WP Social Widget Version 2.1.3

    When it was desactived, I haven’t the bug but when it actived, I’ve the display screen problem.

    How can I fix it please ?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the update, I’m glad to hear you’re making progress diagnosing the issue.

    Please, can you consider raising this with the authors directly? The issue is that in the plugin’s stylesheet, they are targetting:

    .wp-picker-holder{    position: absolute;    top:0; left: 0;    background: #fff;    z-index: 4;}.wp-picker-container .iris-picker{margin-top: 0}

    The above rules need to be prefixed so that they only target the color picker in their widget and not globally.

    Hi, I Work Here

    To hotfix the issue you can try adding the following to AppearanceCustom CSS or CustomizeAdditional CSS:

    .sow-row-styles .wp-picker-holder {
    	position: static !important;
    }

    .sow-row-styles .wp-picker-container .iris-picker {
    	margin-top: 6px !important;
    }
