Can’t update any widgets bundles

I’m trying to do some basic things. All not working
Edit Hero to add photo
Edit contact Form to have my email address etc.
Whenever I press add, nothing happens.

    Please, try running a quick plugin conflict test. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle?
