Can’t reinstall SiteOrigin Widget Bundle

Hi,
I’ve created subdomain on my website and had to deactivate all my plugins.
When I wanted to reactivate SiteOrigin Widget Bundle, it didn’t work. It sais that there is a fatal error…
How can I get it back ? All my pages and articles are built with this plugin so all my website is KO.
