    Hi Núria

Thanks for getting in touch. Please take a screenshot of the issue as it’s presenting, upload the screenshot to any online location like WeTransfer or similar and post the link here. We’ll take a look and go from there.

    Hi Andrew
    Thank you so much
Here you can see two sample pages working correctly.

    – with SiteOrigin Acordion: https://veinsvistalegrecarme.cat/activitats/

    – with SiteOrigin Carrusel: https://veinsvistalegrecarme.cat/coral-de-vista-alegre/

In the administration mode it is not possible. Here, you can see the screenshots, where I have the issue .

    Hi Núria

Thanks for the screenshots, that helps a lot!

To confirm, the Accordion and Post Carousel Widgets aren’t functioning normally when you view them logged into WordPress. This is a different issue to previewing the page or previewing the widgets. When you have a moment, please could you start with a plugin conflict test? Both widgets rely on JavaScript; it’s possible there is a conflict on the page although I’m not sure why it would be happening only when logged in. If you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle, does the issue persist? Please let us know how this initial test goes; we’ll go from there. Thanks again.

    Thanks, Andrew
I’ve tried disabling and enabling plugins and I think we’ve got it. It looks like an incompatibility with Plugin ‘Site Kit by Google’
If I disable it, Site Origin works fine .
Now, I’m waiting to see if new versions allow me to use both extensions.
    Thanks for your help

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, does the issue persist with Site Kit, Page Builder, and the Widgets Bundle activated and no other plugins activated?

    Hi,
    so you are right.
It seems that the problem lies in the combination of two plugins. I can enable ‘Site Kite’ if I disable ‘Jetpack Boost’. And vice versa. That is, SiteOrigine does not work when both are running

    Thanks for you help

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Performance plugins can break existing functionality; it’s possible Jetpack Boost is causing a Site Kit JavaScript error. If there is a JavaScript error on the page, Page Builder and any other plugins that use JavaScript will stop working normally. It’s possible to stop Jetpack Boost from optimizing Site Kit JS files but is unfortunately beyond our free support scope. More info can be found here https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-boost/exclude-javascript-files-from-jetpack-boost-deferral/.

You can also try deactivating all SiteOrigin plugins and then edit a page with Jetpack Boost and Site Kit activated. You could then open the browser console and check for errors in red text: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.
