    Hi Sophie,

    Typically this happens if the plugin has either incorrectly installed previously or the plugin files are there but not being detected for whatever reason. Could you please check your plugin directory via FTP for a directory called “so-widgets-bundle”. If it’s present please remove it and then please try reinstalling the plugin.

    If you don’t know how to check your plugin directory please contact your web host for advice on this.
