Hi, I have a wordpress site with the Vantage theme, which is great, by the way. I shose wordpress as a platform since I wanted easy access and a quick way to edit things.
I have the blog page set up on an individual page, my only gripe is that all posts show up in full lenght. When I set the theme blog setting to Post Excerpt, the post show up as excerpt, but it will not open up in a new page/post or even as the full lenght blog post page.
I have no idea what is going on, tried to find some answers and were told that maybe the theme is not allowing that. Hence I am here to seek some constructive advice.

There is unfortunately no read more link when using the Excerpt setting. To get a read more link going you’d need to set post content to full under Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog and then insert a more tag into each post:
