Can’t enable Page Builder on a page

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

When I go to Pages in WPAdmin, I see “- SiteOrigin Page Builder” after all of may page names, except for my Contact Us page. When I open that page, I see the horrific WP Block editor interface with no way to re-enable the Page Builder interface.

    Hi Mbeasley

    Thanks for reaching out.

If a page doesn’t have any Page Builder data it’ll rever to the default editor which is the Block Editor in this case. If you go to PluginsAdd New, search for and install the Classic Editor plugin, the problem should be resolved.

Got the form built using the SiteOrigin Contact Form widget, yet when I submit it, I get the error “Error sending email, please try again later.”

How do I configure the SMTP portion? I have Cimy Swift SMTP Mailer installed. Sorry, I just inherited this site and I’m trying to piece everything together for my client.

Glad to hear you’re making progress. Here is a general overview for setting up SMTP https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-set-up-wp-mail-smtp-with-any-host-ultimate-guide/. The error suggests that there is an overall issue with your WP installation sending email.
