Can’t edit/update page with Page builder

Hi, I’m having some issues with the Page builder that I’m unable to resolve.
1. I can’t edit any of the previous content added through the page builder. I can add new rows and widgets on the page but I can’t edit or update the previous content.
2. Clicking on “Update” saves the content added on the backend but doesn’t actually update the Webpage. Tried clearing cache and waiting for couple of hours to see if the update takes but still nothing.
3. Also I’m seeing two different Page Builder editors on the page and they both seem to be acting as standalone editors with no interaction between the two. And the second “Page Builder Options” editor is not in the documentations that I have read.
(see link for screenshots and detailed explanation).

My client has The Luxury theme installed and has been using Page builder to add pages and content since the beginning but it just stopped working. Client isn’t sure if they installed the Page Builder plugin on their own or if it came prepackaged with the theme. Everything is updated however the issue was there before the updates as well.
Page builder version 2.11.8. WordPress version 5.7. And the theme is also up-to-date.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nitya

    Thanks for reaching out.

Where you’ve indicated “All pages show up with this editor up top”, that’s the WordPress Block Editor. You can still use the WordPress Classic Editor, you can do so by installing the Classic Editor plugin.

The Page Builder shown in your screenshots isn’t ours. To confirm, this Page Builder https://imgur.com/a/4VpYQnB isn’t authored by SiteOrigin. For assistance with the Page Builder depicted in this screenshot, you’d need to locate the author. It might be a Page Builder bundled with your theme, I’m not sure.

If you can send a link to a page with content that was added via Page Builder by SiteOrigin I’d be happy to take a look at the front-end and confirm which Page Builder is outputting the content.

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for replying. All the previous content was added using the Page Builder editor. And when I check the installed plugins, It shows Site Origin as the author for it. Here’s a link to one of the pages that was added using Page Builder – https://corsewerks.com/index.php/collection/

I think it might have come pre-packaged with the theme but I can’t find anything in the documentation regarding the page builder.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the update.

At the bottom of the page, the wheel labeled ATTO has been inserted via a SiteOrigin Layout Block in the Block Editor. All of the content above that is not managed by Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

There is a console error on the page, you can view it yourself if you’d like, here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. You can try installing a plugin called jQuery Migrate Helper to assist with the issue. The error isn’t related to SiteOrigin.

My guess is the page content is managed by the Page Builder seen in your screenshots, not by SiteOrigin.
