I’m running Page Builder 10.2.1.5 on WordPress 4.7 and can’t edit pages I created a year ago (my home page and others, jasonweissvideo.com) in the Page Builder editor. When I go to edit an existing page my options are Visual and Text. If I create a new page, I get an additional option, “Undefined”, which has the +Widget, row, and prebuilt layout options I’m used to seeing in Page Builder.
My question is how can get back to being able to edit existing pages in the Page Builder lay out I’m used to?

Unfortunately, ThemeTrust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder that’s reported to have issues with the latest versions of WordPress. We recommend contacting ThemeTrust directly about this issue to see if they have a solution for this issue. We’re sadly unable to help you due to the version and feature differences between our version and theirs – sorry mate. :(

Thank you for providing links. I was able to follow similar customer complaints in their forums and resolved the issue quite easily.
