it says update site origin widget, but it doesn’t work
Hi Boetgraphic,
To clarify, what happens when you try?
I suspect you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi again, it just doesnt help, and it is when i start to use page builder and site origin widgets bundle.
Im just afraid i did something wrong with settings. Everything started when i updated the WordPress. In siteorigin editor, it tells me theres an update but there isnt…
Regards, Kristina
Hi Boetgraphic,
Can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Please note that we’re currently unable to support attachments. As a result, you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting like Imgur or vgy.me.
Does this issue occur in a different browser or on another computer?
