Can’t edit content in some Inked Accordion sections

We have a number of Inked Accordions that we are trying to edit content in. Some of the Inked Accordions are showing the content to edit while some of the other ones do not. This does not affect all pages, only a select number even though they use the same design and approach. Looking at a previous support thread, you provided a php code to add to the config.php file (https://siteorigin.com/thread/visual-editor-not-displaying-content/) which we have completed but still did not solve the issue. Can you please advise next steps to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    It might be best to raise this directly with Inked, you can find their support page here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/widgets-for-siteorigin/.

    If you’d like to start the troubleshooting process you can try the following; temporarily switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme and temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin and Inked. In this stage, does the issue resolve? Are you able to find a working baseline?
