Hi,
I get this when trying to change the type of slider (or any other change on any of the tabs):
“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”
And then no changes happen.
Thanks in advance.
Also, this happened after doing some CSS changes to the style.css and not the right place for CSS edits. Don’t know if it is related but how can I get the default CSS file again, please?
Thanks.
Hi Pedro
This error mostly comes down to a plugin issues. Can you try disabling all non SiteOrigin plugins and see if you still get this issue?
You can download a complete ZIP of the theme in the original order email we sent you. This ZIP will contain the original style.css.
Hi Greg, thanks for your help.
It is an incompatibility with the Polylang plugin. It is a bit sad as my website relies a lot on it.
Is it possible to try to check and correct this? Let me know if I can do anything. Thanks
Actually, I can now change it with Polylang activated. However, I can only have a slider if I have MetaSlider active. Really weird.
Hi Pedro
Thanks for your feedback. I’ve logged the Polylang conflict as a ticket on our side. I unfortunately can’t say exactly when it will be looked at.
Sorry I don’t have an immediate fix.
