Can’t delete the original Vantage Masthead slider

The original Vantage Masthead slider still appears on my page even though I don’t see it anywhere on Page builder or in the editor.

How do I turn this off?

I haven’t gotten very far on the site because I’ve been pulling my hair out over this issue.

    Hey Bobby, sorry to hear you’ve run into a problem here. The home page slider is set in two places:

    1. Appearance > Theme Settings > Home there is a drop down menu where you can set the slider to none.

    2. Pages > Home, there is a slider menu in the right column.

    Right now Pages > Home, Meta Slider selection drop down in the right column takes precedence over the same drop down in Theme Settings. We’ll soon update this so they mirror each other.
