I am using a premium vantage theme i purchased last year and updated the theme today to the latest update. Although i can edit my site in terms of add new page and install plugins etc i cant seem to access the customise them settings and get the following error message:

Fatel error: Call to understand method WP_`Cusomize_Panel::json() in /websites/123reg/linuxPackage22/co/nn/connecting-people.co.uk/public_html/wp-admin/customize.php on line 289

Can you tell me if this is an issue my end and what i need to do to fix this please.

    Hi there,

Do you have non Site Origin plugins installed? I recommend that you deactivate them all and check whether the error has been ironed out. If so re-activate the plugins one at a time to isolate which one may be bringing conflict.

Try that and let me know the outcome
