Can’t change color to rows widget

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

Help! Need assistance trying to change color of the rows background.

My steps:
1. create row
2. click on “custom Style”
3. Under Custom Background color, I choose a color (example blue).
4. Click DONE
5. Update page
5. Refresh website to see that the rows are still white!

    Hi AJ

    Thanks for posting.

Custom Style isn’t a default Page Builder row tab, here is how the default tabs look:

Normally, the row background would be set from DesignBackground Color. If you go to Plugins and check, are you using Page Builder by SiteOrigin? If you are then try temporarily switching to a default theme, does the Custom Style section still appear when you edit a row?
