Can’t add Widgets Bundle to Sydney theme

I can’t get the widgets bundle plugin to load, although I have done other sites with Sydney template and not had a problem.
I have tried :
– rollback my version of page builder
– tried changing the theme
– tried disabling the plugins
– checked the add bundle box on the sydney ‘settings’/page builder

Can anyone can help, have spent hours on this!!

    Hi Chouky,

    To clarify, what happens when you activate the plugin? Do you see an error message?

    thanks for reply, problem all sorted! The problem was a bug with the hosting company and nothing at all to do with the plugin problem, so sorry to have started the discussion when the whole time it was 1&1 grrrr
