Can’t add row in text editor for one of my webpages

I’m attaching a document that shows the screen shots of two pages from the same site. One image shows no issues with adding rows and elements. However, the lower image shows a completely different set up. I’m not sure why this is or how to bring the lower image in line with the top one. Any thoughts?text editor screen shot

    Hi Gail,

    So the issue is that the one of your pages has SiteOrigin Page Builder enabled while the other doesn’t. To enable page builder you have to press the page builder. Please note, I don’t know what the page builder tab is from – it’s unrelated to our plugin. Please click the highlighted button as seen in the below image.
